This is our first mini purchased at Stratstone. The staff are so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure we were happy.

I liked that it was recognised I wanted space to make my decision and not be pressured. Questions answered fully. The paperwork sent all correct. Previously I've had to ask repeatedly for answers and corrections. Very attentive when I collected.

We were welcomed immediately and referred to the person dealing with our booking. We were told what was to be undertaken and offered refreshments while we waited.

Very easy to book in and I received confirmation by text and email of my service date. A member of the team also called me the day before to check I was still ok to bring my vehicle in the next day.

I had two assistants before Emma took over my purchase and sorted out the problem of the wrong colour being ordered. She was brilliant! Kept me fully updated with the order. She was as excited as me when I picked my car up!
