A series of small errors that led to an overall average experience. Car had scratches on when collecting. Still waiting for a follow up to resolve this and the manager's discretionary offer to compensate us for some of the issues we had to surmount.

From coming in and meeting Elliot our salesman we felt looked after and treated really well. Kept up to date with progress and no pressure sales either. Excellent service from the Elliot and the team at Stratstones

Everything was clear & easy. Josh wasn't pushy, was honest and able to answer all my queries. Buying a brand new car isn't an easy decision, it's not just about the car but also the service so, I felt confident I'd made the right choice all round

Your advisor listened and understood the situation with the fault on my car which had changed since I made the original booking. He agreed with the new action I had proposed which saved me a significant amount of money.

Very courteous staff and able to book the car in fairly quickly. The job was done well as per my instructions and advice was good. The only downside was phone contact - I had to make 4 calls before anybody answered which is not good service!
