Elliot was amazing. So helpful and understanding. Hadn't purchased a new car in a while so had a lot of questions but nothing was too much trouble and I got exactly what I wanted. The car is fabulous.

Completely happy with the service on the day. Staff always pleasant and helpful. I was not happy with being given three different prices for servicing from £625.17 when booking made on 31 July to £553.28 after negotiation to £518.76 paid on the day.

I dropped off my mini at about 8.30am and received a phone call later that morning to say my problem has been fixed and that i can collect my car. Paperwork and keys were waiting for me on arrival and the person who I dealt with was very polite.
