I don't feel a valued customer anymore. I've owed mini's for the past 20 years. Had fault with the sensor on the charge flap, saying it was open when it wasn't. This is the third time it's happened. Car is now out of warranty. So I've had to pay

A series of small errors that led to an overall average experience. Car had scratches on when collecting. Still waiting for a follow up to resolve this and the manager's discretionary offer to compensate us for some of the issues we had to surmount.
