Kelsey sealed the deal. Knew the car inside out, not pushy welcoming, professional and technically sound. This is so important to another woman especially when making a big investment and confidence/ knowledge is limited. A stress free purchase.

When we arrived Emma wasn't a hard sell and let us take our time to make a decision. We test drove a couple of cars and then she went clearly through the options and we chose the cooper electric. We never felt pushed into buyingh

Some mistakes and strange customer service? For example, car pre-check revealed likely MOT failures (brake discs and tyres) and yet the car was still put in gor test BEFORE service desk had spoken to me to ask if I wanted the work done first!
