Quick and easy. Would have scored higher if they had realised I was part of service plan and hadn't given me paperwork with a price to sign. It was easily sorted but shouldn't have happened

Got home and had greasy handprints on the inside of my doors, had to take the car back to the garage where the problem was quickly fixed but I ended loosing another hour from work, quite annoyingly
