Everything went according to plan from the time of placing the order with the salesperson, Emma Celisse, to delivery. All was exactly as Emma had explained. She was very professional and very helpful throughout the process.

Emma was great, very thorough in explaining all that was required, proactive and ensured the car was ready as promised. She offered to run through the Mini Operating System at a time more suitable to me which I will need to do soon.

I am satisfied with the service The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. The handover was very comprehensive. I may take up the offer of returning if I don't understand any of the features of the car.

All staff were really nice and gave expert advise. Elliot especially made the process so easy and was very reassuring. There was no pressure to do anything and he gave individual advice based on what I probably would/ wouldn't need which was lovely!

Polite staff and car returned within timeframe quoted. Courtesy car arranged free of charge as some work required under the warranty.
