Elliot (sales representative) was very attentive and I feel I was given time and all relevant information in making my decision to purchase a new mini. He was organised and patient and communicated well which gave a good impression of the company.

Buying experience was easy as it should be. Trade-in offer for my car was completely fair. I was kept informed of the progress of the build of my mini and handover was a smooth process. Overall, very happy with the experience.

All went well, with one exception. The invitation letter (I think from Mini head office) clearly gave your address as Wood Close. This not the first time I have had this anomoly ... will someone please put head office right ... if you dare!

Emma Celisse was so helpful and insightful throughout my experience with Mini. She knew the answer to every question I had when first thinking about getting a Mini, always replied quickly to emails and was really pleased with the service provided.

Kelsey sealed the deal. Knew the car inside out, not pushy welcoming, professional and technically sound. This is so important to another woman especially when making a big investment and confidence/ knowledge is limited. A stress free purchase.
